Executive Officers
Allyson Faist, RN, MBA— President and CEO, has over 20 years executive and entrepreneurial experience with healthcare and internet companies where she was responsible for sales and marketing, including the launch of new products and services. Ms. Faist began her career as a nurse in New York City working in Medical Intensive Care. Since then, her focus has been on products and services to keep people out of the hospital.
David McCormick, MBA—Chief Operating Officer, the primary designer of the MEDeCOACH™ system, is the former CEO and co-founder of Duration Software, a technology services firm which developed software applications for the healthcare industry. Duration was sold to a publicly traded company. He has over 15 years experience with successful startups.
Jeff Myers—Chief Technology Officer, has over a decade of experience architecting high volume e-commerce sites. He has worked for Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Ashford.com, Exxon and others to build custom solutions and integrate existing applications into web-based systems. Ashford.com was recognized by the Keynote 40 as one of the top performing sites in 1999 and 2000 while Mr. Myers was the Director of Application Development.
Leo B. Womack CPA—Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all of the financial aspects of the Company. He was Managing Partner of a national public accounting firm for 15 years and since 1981 has been involved with numerous start-up and early stage businesses in the health and life sciences industries.
