coachPRO™ provides MEDeCOACH™’s health coaches, or your trained professionals, with powerful tools to efficiently deliver coaching to thousands of members with immediate response. Part of the MEDeCOACH System, coachPRO™ uses information captured to efficiently manage members therefore making economical use of the coach’s time. This adds convenience, allowing members to receive help and support when they need it instead of waiting until the next scheduled encounter. Our health coaches spend time coaching instead of documentation for reports.

Trained professionals, with powerful management tools and expertise, MEDeCOACH's coaching team guide users to healthy successes. coachPRO™ gives Health Coaches the ability to view reports based on their use of the system. Coaches have information on scheduling, courses, tracking and assessments at their fingertips to support and enhance the experience of the member. These reports also contain information on users’ risk factors, progress, number of telephone calls and emails along with time spent per employee and employer. The robust query tool provides coaches with the ability to mine over 20 key pieces of data to sort users and tailor messaging to an entire population no matter the size. The system captures all interactions protecting individual privacy and providing HIPAA compliance.

Live Coaching

Change is hard, but it’s easier with a personal health coach providing encouragement, motivation, and education. Our coaching team includes health professionals such as behaviorists, dietitians and exercise specialists trained in motivational interviewing and positive lifestyle coaching. MEDeCOACH™ members are matched with a coach based on stated goals and challenges. Members can email their coach with questions and concerns for a next-business-day reply or schedule a telephone appointment to talk with their health coach. Each member is an individual and coaching time and schedule are based on the individual’s goals and convenience. There is no one size fits all at MEDeCOACH™.
