YMCA signs on for MEDeCOACH program
YMCA of Greater Houston has signed an agreement for its employees to receive MEDeCOACH prevention products and services.Houston-based MEDeCOACH uses Internet technology to deliver personalized virtual and live health coaching.
MEDeCOACH will provide information to YMCA's employees concerning changes in lifestyle (exercise, eating habits, stress) as well as provide one-on-one personalized health coaching.
